Portland OCD and Anxiety Center
About Me

I received my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California.

Before creating the Portland OCD and Anxiety Center, I worked for 5 years at the OCD Center of Los Angeles, a highly specialized outpatient psychotherapy program. It was there I worked as a psychotherapist treating adults, adolescents, and children suffering from OCD and OC Spectrum Disorders. I also led two ongoing therapeutic/support groups. One group was for females suffering from Body Repetitive Disorders such as Compulsive Skin Picking and/or Trichotillomania. The other was a Mixed Anxiety group with members experiencing various disorders such as OCD, Generalized Anxiety, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Hypochondriasis, and Social Anxiety.

Prior to this, I worked as a psychotherapist at the Help Group in Culver City and Sherman Oaks, providing counseling in non-public schools for children and adolescents. My previous experience includes working as a psychotherapist at the Child and Family Guidance Center in Northridge, CA and Hathaway Child and Family Center in Sylmar, CA.

My clinical experience includes working with individuals with OCD, Phobias, Social Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety, Olfactory Reference Syndrome, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Body Repetitive Disorders, Panic, and Eating Disorders.

I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), the Trichotillomania Learning Center (TLC), and the American Art Therapy Association (AATA).
